Return and Exchange Policy
You can exchange or return the product within 7 days from the date of receiving the shipment.
In case of a store error
If you receive a different product than your order, or if the product is damaged due to leakage or breakage, we will resolve your issue and compensate you as quickly as possible, provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
Return Policy
Special Offers
Products consisting of more than one perfume within a single offer are not eligible for partial return.
Return Fees
The cost of return is 30 riyals, deducted from the invoice amount.
Product Condition
Perfumes that have been opened or used in any way cannot be returned.
Replacement Policy
For replacements, please contact the customer service team via WhatsApp, observing the following conditions:
Products must be in their original condition and not opened or used.
The replacement cost is 25 riyals.
International Orders
Orders sent outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not eligible for replacement or return.
Additional Notes
The store reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount paid in case the product is unavailable or a technical issue occurs.
The duration for product return via the shipping company ranges between 3 to 8 working days.
Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 working days from the date of receiving the returned product.
